Kiwi Star On An Upwards Trajectory!!- Richard Gardner

Kiwi star showjumper Richard Gardner is continuing his great form at 4* International level in Europe on his wonderful horse Calisto. The combination has just competed in the New Zealand Nations Cup team in Prague, producing a couple of brilliant rounds with just a few faults, Calisto is relatively inexperienced at  this level says Richard, so to be back competing against the best in the world in only their third international show of the year is tremendous.

Richard had only just arrived back home from Prague when a last minute invitation to compete in Milan Italy 🇮🇹 Gorla Minore CSI4****🇮🇹 arrived, so it’s unpack the truck, repack the truck and hit the road again, this show in Milan is another 4* event, and this will give Richard and Calisto more valuable time together at the highest level.

Following on from Milan, Richard has planned to journey to Poznan, and then he will have a decent idea of just where the combination sits in their preparation to make the Kiwi squad for the Tokyo Olympics.
